Do you only sell your own products?

No. We license and customise our products, and we also build custom software from scratch. Many engagements combine both: a product as the base, with custom work on top.

Can a product be branded and customised for us?

Yes. Neel ships with four themes and a store profile you control, and every product can be extended with your own workflows, reports and integrations.

Where is our data hosted?

It depends on the product. Custom work runs in your own cloud account; Atlas and Neel can be self-hosted; DheQuest is a hosted service. We can also host and operate custom work for you.

Who owns the code for custom work?

You do. Source code, data and documentation from custom engagements are yours and live in your repositories.

What happens after go-live?

We offer support plans with monitoring, fixes and planned improvements, or a full handover to your team with documentation and training.

How is an engagement priced?

Fixed scope and fixed price for well-defined work, or a dedicated monthly team for products that keep evolving. Product pricing depends on the product and how widely you use it, and we share it on a demo call.
